Junior UI/UX Designer — Hybrid in Zurich

Your tasks

• Customer projects: Together with our project managers, you work directly with our customers and translate their ideas into convincing web designs.
• Strategic structure of websites: You support our customer projects with goal-oriented strategies by developing sitemaps and wireframes.
• Web design & prototyping: You develop modern, conversion-optimized website designs in tools like Figma and implement them with Webflow together with our developers.
• Maintenance and development: You help to optimize existing websites and expand new content.

Your profile

• Experience in web design: You have experience in the complete design of websites.
• UX savvy: You understand the structure of UX for websites and are ready to learn new techniques.
• Conversion optimization: You know how to create designs that are optimized for conversions
• Remote work: You have experience working remotely, ideally in an agency or startup environment.

• Design tools professional: You are very familiar with Figma and have ideally gained initial experience with Webflow.
• Creative & structured: You bring fresh ideas, work independently and are organized.
• Communicative: Customer feedback is an incentive for you, and you impress with clear, solution-oriented communication — in German and English.
• Technology affinity: You understand how design and development work together and have a feel for modern web standards.
